No, the mode of delivery for Tata Docomo eShop items is hand delivery by the eShop representative.
Do you take orders on phone?
For now, orders are taken only through web mode, however, our team will support if you face any problems in doing so.
Do you allow exchanges?
No. Products once delivered will not be exchanged. In case of any handset issues, respective handset manufacturers can be contacted
Though Tata Docomo services are available in my area but on website pincode shows as “non deliverable location”. Why is it so?
