Can I select a choice number while placing an order?
No. Choice of number or premium numbers is not available for online orders. Mobile/ photon number will be allocated to you from the servicing store.
What are the documents required for a postpay/ prepay service booking?

You will have to submit following documents for activation of your new service:

Duly filled Customer Application Form
1 passport size color photograph
Copy of valid Identity proof and Address proof. Click here to check list of valid documents.
In how much time will the service be activated?
Activation of the services happens within 72hrs of order delivery and document collection from customer. Activation is subject to submission of valid documents and successful verification of customer as required by TRAI.
Are there any hidden charges (Sales taxes or Octroi) when I make a purchase on Tata Docomo eShop?
No, there are no hidden charges. Taxes will apply as per Govt. of India rules and will be a part of the invoice billed to you

Prepay customers: The 10 digits mobile or Photon number is mentioned on the prepay kit delivered to you Postpay customers: The 10 digits mobile or Photon number will be sent to you on the registered alternate number mentioned in the Application form.
