How do I cancel the order I have already placed?
You can cancel your booked order by calling our customer care number center 1800-208-1100. Please note that no cancellations will be accepted for “stock in transit” and “delivered" orders.
How do I add a new request to an existing offer?
Addition to or editing of existing order number is not possible. Kindly book fresh request for the new requirement.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
No. Booked orders can be cancelled and a new order has to be booked.
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
We will process the refund of your cancelled order amount within 3-5 working days.
How can I return the products/ services received from Tata Docomo eShop?
Products once received from Tata Docomo eShop cannot be returned.
