in our system, Photon customers will get an SMS on registered alternate number, mentioning the service number. Mobile
services customers should insert the new SIM to receive the SMS.

Upon successful verification, your services will get activated within the next 24 hours. Post successful activation, the plan
benefits will be automatically configured to your service account.
1- Local Reference Verification:
- Customers not providing a valid local Proof of Address have to mention a local contact person’s active phone number
- Only 3 attempts will be made to reach local contact person
- Mumbai Customers can dial in to 022-61986222 and complete the verification process
2- Locating your 10 digit mobile or service number:
- Prepay customers: Your 10 digits mobile or Photon number is mentioned on the prepay kit delivered to you
- Postpay customers: Your 10 digits mobile or device number will be sent to you on the registered alternate number
mentioned in the Application form.
3- Photon Max Wifi Installation/Initial user name and password
- Pls use admin as both your initial user name & password while installing your new Photon Wifi device. Pl do change the
login credentials post successful installation.
